Actually neither. It’s called the Adirondack Watershed Institute (affiliated with Paul Smith’s College).

I know abt the job bc I have gotten our family bass fishing boat washed by stewards at this very launch before AND im a Paul Smith’s student. I applied online in January, interview February, job accepted in March. Some ppl got hired as late as end of April. You have to find your own housing and there’s no travel reimbursement.

Wowww. Do you know if it’s only associated with that specific college/program?

It’s not! There’s plenty of other organizations that do this. In NYS alone I think there’s 4 or 5 groups and we all do pretty much the same thing for the job!

Oh awesome, I’ll check it out. Do you happen to know what other organizations are running these positions?

There’s a Lake Champlain Basin Program, a central NY program, PRISM, and I believe Lake George has one as well
