Left my ex who didn’t give two shits about the earth, environmentalism, or just being less wasteful in general and now I’m going on a date this weekend to look for shiny rocks in the riverbed and swim around looking for water creatures :)

I had an ex that was similar. Didn’t really care about environmentalism, or if he did it was surface level. Now I’m dating someone who became president of a sustainability org and we have conversations about that type of stuff all the time! Within the first week of dating we went and put our feet in a river too and it has been the tone for the whole relationship. Best of luck to you:)

I actually have found someone already🥰 I broke up with my ex two months ago but the relationship felt over months before I finally left so that door was closed awhile ago
