I had an ex that was similar. Didn’t really care about environmentalism, or if he did it was surface level. Now I’m dating someone who became president of a sustainability org and we have conversations about that type of stuff all the time! Within the first week of dating we went and put our feet in a river too and it has been the tone for the whole relationship. Best of luck to you:)
