And use huge amounts of pesticides and fertilizers, and cut down native plants for the obstacles like ponds and trees to be “maintained”. I also think there has been studies for nearby residents to golf courses to have higher rates of cancer…

I’ve worked at a golf course, and I’d advise against this. Not only would the grounds crew just demolish this, but all the rich golfers would stop at nothing to find, and sue you :(
Unless you are really sneaky, in which case I say nothing oop
