Honestly. Grill the Grid and Driver funny moments on YouTube, there are a lot of memes that you probably didn’t know were from F1. Great intro to drivers personalities as well. If you don’t have access to previous races already, don’t waste your money on F1TV until next season, just in case you don’t like it (or just don’t want to pay the $80). DTS isn’t as bad as everyone says it is, just take all the drama with a grain of salt because most of it didn’t happen.
A lot of people start with Drive to Survive on Netflix. New F1 movie just came out. And anything on the F1 YouTube channel. The best part about it is you can be as die hard or casual as you want. Time put into learning the sport is a direct correlation to how much you keep up with or know about the sport. Enjoy 😊
F1 YouTube have more of getting a feel for the drivers and team principles. As well as some conferences. I have F1 TV to watch old races and stuff, but the best thing you can do is research there are a bunch of channels on yt that are dedicated to F1 information as well as podcasts. Let me know if you have any questions!
i got f1tv mid season of 2023 right before it picked up after summer break, i think anytime you get it will be fine if you pay monthly, and the championship fight this year is very close. i think after you do all the other stuff #1 said, yknow like getting to know some of the drivers and a heaps of the basics of f1 and then you watch your first race, you will be hooked
