I agree with #2 and #3. Maybe watch the newest season first for a quick catch up, but then go back and watch from season 1 to get the backstories of all the drivers

i have already been warned that's it's biased af so i would know that going in but i just wonder if it would help me get some sense of who/what everything is bc there's so much going on lmao

Yes! Watch the latest season maybe to catch up first? It won’t give you much technical info and it is dramatized, but will give you a big picture of the teams and events.

It’s an okay way to familiarize yourself with the teams and drivers but that’s all I’d recommend it for. If you can’t watch races live but want to stay up to date with the season then I recommend YouTube channels like The Race or Formula Duck.

Yes but take the drama with a grain of salt because most of it is manufactured by Netflix. I’d watch from the beginning, the Mazepins are unfortunately still in the media and their shitstorm is kind of important in the racing world. Then you get to see a lot of backstory for drivers mainly the main friend group (Pierre, Charles, Lando, George, and Alex). It is cool to see these drivers grow and see statements on big moments also a lot of memeable moments.
