Tbh there is absolutely no way that it is possible. The island is only 1000 acres which is roughly the size of a track with all the stands, stages, hospitality, etc. The land is extremely unpredictable as well with no protection from natural disasters and erosion. Clearing the dense forest alone would cost way too much. Then on top of the island doesn’t a good enough way to accommodate multiple big planes and all their cruise ships combined would only hold 40k if they’re lucky.
