I think they have a pretty good position to be in for 2026. Williams release a 11 min video about “day in the life of James vowles” and I’d recommend watching it. Nothing super crazy but I feel like they have a good grasp on “hey let’s start developing and understanding what we gotta do now to have long term results and upward growth” I really think they’ll be able to fight for a couple of podiums if not more next year lol
