F1 on Yik Yak | So the fia fucked up. The regulations say once the stewards say lapped car can overtake, the safety car must come in the following lap. The lapped cars message was on lap 51 and the safety car was supposed to come at the end of lap 52 which was the end 😬

It technically ended and then was redeployed

Yeah that’s why they redeployed it since they realized they fucked up. But since it’s coming to the last lap they should’ve just said fuck it and left it at that instead of redeploying it.

Oh I see what you’re saying. I didn’t know that was what the regulations said but if it does then you can’t really be that mad. If they had let it come in and like Lewis had passed George or something, Mercedes would’ve made a stink
