I mean he can’t “keep doing it again and again”, because he was given 3 penalty points leaving him one away from a ban. And even when the most recent points (2) expire, he would still be given a race ban if crashing into him again because he would be given 3 penalty points again.

in austria he was only given two penalty points when he took out lando in austria. If the consequences is only 2-3 points and a time penalty that gives him 3-4 maybe even 5 chances to be able to just take out someone in the race and not suffer any real consequences

Well, no. If he even did this one more time he would receive a race ban. I’m not even one of his fans but let’s be real here. He did face consequences after Spain, he was demoted to p10. He’s still being suffering the consequences of Austria’s penalty points because if he does ONE more thing, he gets a race ban. Penalty points ARE real consequences.
