Ik wheels, mediums for the start were not a good choice cause they r going to have to run hard in the softs degrading them more than normal with the redbull having some of the worst tire wear, softs to hold a position/top 5 then fight out mediums would have been betyer

the soft is the better tire and they will be on less fuel so they won’t beat up the tire as much. as long as they keep pace on the medium right now they will benefit like crazy on the softs later
