Because she says married couples having sex is normal, & she legit doesn’t understand why it makes me uncomfortable hearing them from a different room ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR. I told her I don’t care if they have sex or not, but I just don’t want to hear it. And so when I asked if she could be quieter, she said that’s not going to happen because she can’t finish without making noises and that I just need to get used to it. idk if you can do this but you can pull the “how would you feel having to hear your child have loud sex” card and see how she responds to that. if she’s disgusted then just reiterate that’s how you feel hearing her. i’m so sorry you’re in this situation

I did. I asked how she would feel hearing my hypothetical husband and I having sex, and she said she wouldn’t care at all because she’s “mature enough to understand that married couples have sex and it’s a normal part of a relationship and doesn’t need to be weird” and would actually be glad to hear it because then she’d know I’m getting treated well. Like, what????!!! 🤢🤢

that’s actually sick and disgusting and has to be a kink of some sort that you clearly didn’t consent to hearing. i wish i had actual solid advice, idk what you’ve tried (so sorry if you already tried these an it hasn’t worked) but next time you hear them bang on the door as loud as possible, or you can try calling the non emergency line and filing a noise complaint
