This isn’t the first time she’s talked about it, but this time she said I was confused and that I was too privileged growing up so I don’t know what it’s like to struggle and take an opportunity when I see one

She said it all so casually in front of me like I wouldn’t mind. And she still seems to think I did it on a whim though I battled with it since freshman year (this being my junior year)

Literally!! She chose to spend all that money on us, I didn’t ask her to buy me everything I asked for growing up. I’m grateful, but I would’ve been just fine still sharing a room with my sisters than having my own

whenever ppl in my family say stuff like this i literally just respond with “that’s your fault not mine” and walk away. they can argue with themselves. bc how are you mad at me when YOU raised me?!?

She also seems to think I’ve got no plan and no goals for myself but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I choose not to share them with her bc history has proven she doesn’t believe in me and is unsupportive so 🤷🏾‍♀️
