You should politely express to your mom that you are worried about her and think she could benefit from making some friends. There are groups online that meet up all the time and she can attend those, it will give her a support system and meet people too.

omg yes!! she has no identity outside of being a mom or hobbies for herself. she goes from work to home everyday and on her days off, she stays in bed cuz “she likes her rest”. fine, i won’t knock it, but this quality of life is NOT healthy. she also shuts down everytime i bring up how she needs friends/activities
