It’s natural to be worried about your sister, it means you’re a good sibling. Give your sister support and yourself grace, there’s only so much you can do- but what you can do is be kind and I am proud of you stranger

I’m in a similar situation but also not good with my parents. But I’m always the middle man because I still have to talk to my parents and they always try to get me to convince her to hangout with them. And she also doesn’t like our other sister (for valid reasons) and I’m like can you just tolerate her at least so we can be united as siblings

Is your sister the oldest? We don’t typically get the same parenting that younger ones do and at least in my case there was a ton of resentment that I was unable to voice and it caused friction with everyone
