I would try looking into non-profits for advice. I know that some nonprofits offer free legal advice, programming, support groups, and more for people who need assistance. I recommend looking into non-profits that are about your mom's condition first.

Im honestly not sure it will bc honestly as much as I don’t want to come to terms with it I think every outcome related to my mom means I only have a limited amount of time left with her & I know I’m not ready to deal with that I don’t think I ever will be (I mean generally nobody is ever prepared for that kind of thing but still)
