880 a month I make 43k a yr. Not including other bills. It used to be more but they said in order for me to move out I have to make the room as though no one lived in it before. They are expecting new flooring, carpeting, and more. I can’t afford both rent and renovations

My sister pulled a loan and signed a document saying if more money is needed than the 15k loan that she will supply it just to leave but she makes 75k a yr

Girl just move. They legally cannot hold any of that against you unless you signed a contract. It’s scary but you have to leave that environment

literally. if nothing was signed then they’re doing it as a fear and scare tactic because they know you will oblige. my parents did it to me and after another 2 years had to stand up for myself and get the fuck out of there. I hope you can do the same sooner ❤️
