My mom told me to get a job and gtfo of her house. So I went the next day and got a job, and started looking into apartments for rent. Now she’s mad because I’m actually doing what she told me to do🤷🏽‍♀️

Once they start kicking you out there’s no going back… it’s like them plainly saying “this ain’t your house no more/ you ain’t welcome here”… My parents did that too. Moved out within the year

So this was MY situation: they wanted me to move out to grow and get my independence. But i was broke. They REALLY HELPED ME GET SQUARED AWAY before letting me take over everything. Like they helped me with essentials like pots and pans, a couch, a bit of my rent, ets

USDA loans qualify for rural areas only but I only paid $2000 out of pocket to buy my home. Only because my closing date got moved and I occurred extra fees in that and my inspection cost $550 out of pocket.
