Why are y’all downvoting? I’m genuinely referring to the fact that him wanting to weasel back into OP’s life might be related to him needing help with food. That is not a broad brush I am painting over SNAP recipients, but a potential cause-and-effect I am suggesting in this particular case. I’m literally on it. The girlfriend might have also lost WIC as well, as pregnant people can get it before giving birth.
