My mom is genuinely proud of mešŸ„ŗā€¦. This means so much to me. My grandma was always the one being toxic I never truly embraced my motherā€™s love bec of my grandma (I wasnā€™t raised by my mom) but the way she showed up for my graduationā€¦. Iā€™ll never forget

She always smiles and tells me Iā€™m beautiful. Motivates me tells me Iā€™m everything she wasnā€™t and doesnā€™t mean it in an envious way. Iā€™m just happy how Iā€™ve grown to embarrace mt mothers love and appreciation it was hard in HS bec I felt she never changed or tried as a parent but now? I can say she has changed and she does love me and want better for meā€¦ I just wished I saw it sooner but rather than later. I love my momma I know she didnā€™t have a good life growing up so I am more than happy to
