if you can‘t sit and talk with her in a civil manner, she needs external help. I‘d suggest seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist, not a therapist. She could be having a combination of PTSD and mild OCD. but other dsm diagnoses can apply as well.

I second this. It seems like she’s having some sort of trauma reaction to the pandemic. I’d have idea how to approach the conversation or situation. but maybe asking her why she’s still doing it, it might give you answers on how to help her.
