Im so angry i wanna do that but I know id get kicked out if I did. They always take her side, in their eyes she can do no wrong. She “just had a bad night” and “things happen” and I should learn to forgive and get over it apparently

Talk to a lawyer at the very least. Maybe you could sue and get money out of it? If your at a university there’s a good chance you there’s funded student legal services
