Do not put down your situation just because someone has it worse. It doesn’t negate what you go through. It’s absolutely a terrible thing they’re doing. Financial abuse is still abuse.

Also, my brother gets more money despite me having more necessary expenses, such as pads and tampons. They are not allowing me to have a job until my Vet application is in so hopefully once that’s in I could just go get a job. I just learned to take the ex out as cash or move it to my savings so that they think I use the full X. Gas is literally half the money…

I know that this isn’t as bad as yawls situation is in. This isn’t the only thing that they do where they definitely are treating my brother different than me, but it pisses me off to no end. Apparently it’s supposed to help teach me budgeting, but what’s the point if I’m not allowed to just leave that money in my account that I don’t use without them lowering the money next week.
