Therapy. You should have to hold all that in. I talk myself through what has happened several times until I let it all out. Once it’s out for good and I don’t feel bothered by it, I can forget it more easily as the burden is gone more as I have let it out? Having someone listen and or ask about it does do much for me. It’s to not suffer alone and have a body around I can bounce ideas off of in a healthier way.
