are my parents overreacting? they caught my sister in bed with her bf who’s staying over at our house for the week (they’re specifically staying in different rooms and this was around 1am) so now he might be forced to leave and everyone is upset

I kinda get the parents side if it was established beforehand that they were to sleep in separate rooms and no canoodling. Tho I do think forcing him to leave is an overreaction. I’d just give like a stern talking to and maybe threaten to make him leave if they’re caught again

yeah i’m not 100% sure if he’s actually leaving but i think he got a talking to lol. this is the first time anything like this has happened so it’s def a learning experience for everyone 🫠

yeah 😭 the annoying thing is my parents are literally gonna be gone for a week and they allowed him to stay here during that time they literally could’ve just waited a day and they wouldn’t have gotten caught 💀

yeah, def an overreaction on their part with her being a fully grown adult but at the same time it is still their house. i can see both sides you know
