My dad does this in quiet public spaces. Dead silent doctors office? Podcast on how “dinosaurs were never real.” Grocery shopping at Walmart? Video of guys playing the bagpipes. All at full volume.

Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised and it’s difficult because he watches F1 races (I’m sorry if that’s not the correct term for car races). So it’s loud racing at full volume.

Unethical advice, only start playing videos when he starts his videos. And only play brain rot TikToks that are full of annoying sound effects. And then stop the video when his ends. Condition him into not doing it anymore out of annoyance with you.
