Got SA’d recently and it was rly violent circumstances so I’m rly hyper vigilant now. I was on a walk w my dad and I now have a habit of looking behind me a lot especially when anxious and he screamed at me saying there’s nobody and that I’m crazy
I totally agree with #1 you are not crazy at all, whatever makes you feel most comfortable is what needs to be done

My dad struggles to comprehend what happened too. They don’t want to think it happened to their kid. That’s on them to fix. You’re not crazy. I’m the same way.
