You’re an even bigger asshole for not celebrating Father’s Day for 10 years. That doesn’t make it better it makes it so much worse.

I’ve tried every year. I did get him a small gift and a dinner reservation. It’s the normal if we celebrate Mother or Father’s Day. Which I had to cancel and it wasn’t cheap. He usually goes off with his friends and we do dinner but I guess those plans changed. Even my mom doesn’t care about Mother’s Day. They just haven’t been important holidays since we go all out for each other’s birthdays usually. My mom didn’t even get him a present this year and told him he wasn’t getting one.

I at least tried unlike my mom. But my friends did reminded me about my birthday so I dont feel as bad.
