My mom only does it when it’s just us lol. She tries to be as presentable and respectful as possible around guests and other ppl

I was that friend and had the same kind of parents but they kept their thoughts to themselves. I cut mine off and my friend saw how hard that was on me so she didn’t but we always cut family gatherings short now when they start their shit.
