I’m not “being lazy” I can sweep or mop or clean or tidy up, I just can’t do those two specific things you asked 🙄

Dishes 20lbs? Or I guess some big pans or iron pans can be pretty heavy

maybe wash dishes? They could have a hand wound which could be prone to infections from dirty dish water.
