Getting your social security card is a fast and easy replacement but you only get 1 replacement your whole life. Birth certificate is harder but you’ll have to contact and arrive to the hospital you were born in. Those cost money

I've replaced both of mine multiple times this is just not true. social security card had a lot of steps to replace and is pretty expensive iirc but I've done it twice. birth certificate has to be done in the state you were born in and you're in and out with it in 15 minutes.
