I mean, as long as it’s not taking from the household or something, I don’t really see the problem. It’s understandable to want nicer and better things as you get older. Getting a new house opens up opportunities, getting a better car could be a great longterm investment (BMWs are good in performance, but usually high maintenance costs. She should get a Lincoln or Lexus to look good and for dependability). Bottom line: you’re just not used to change & you gotta learn to work with it
