My mom keeps invalidating what I’m saying when it comes to job experiences cause she keeps saying jobs will hire you if you have ANY experience like that’s not true there’s some specific jobs that won’t hire you if you don’t have relevant experience

no frr like it’s cause she says that’s what her friends are saying and I’m like I’m not saying your friends are wrong but also my friends that work in HR aren’t wrong since it’s their experiences
