I just recently moved out and asked my parents to ship 4 boxes of personal belongings. They shipped 2 boxes and deemed the others unimportant and refuse to ship them. These boxes have a lot of sentimental items that will make me feel more at home. Cont ⬇️

I just moved to a new city and know nobody here. I’ve had zero support from them this entire move in process (or any other times I’ve moved) and I’ve had to do everything myself. I even offered to pay for shipping myself but they want me to bring a checked bag when I visit for thanksgiving. At this rate I don’t even want to go and I’m beyond upset with them. I don’t know what to do. Pls help bc I’m going insane and feel like I won’t be able to escape from their stupid rules even after moving out

I mean they are definitely being unreasonable. But also could you fly in on a weekend. Take a suitcase and fit what you need? Ik it sounds expensive but sometimes there’s sales and if it’s a random weekend trip a few weeks from now it may be cheap enough.
