I gotchu: Sometimes life is unfair, and this is just one of those times. It won’t last forever, though. I have the same situation with my sister too. She is selfish and straight up doesn’t care about our relationship as much as I do… in this moment of time. Who really cares though? Caring more is just who I am. Caring less is just who she is. Maybe the roles will switch someday. If and when they do- the best policy is to leave the door open and to welcome reconciliation.

i don't think there's anything wrong with letting your sister know how you feel. i would say something like, "i was hoping to see you more on my last visit. i miss you and i love you and i hope to see you more when you're not as busy" i also have a strained relationship with my older brother so idk. i think its good to just keep massages simple and short so they don't get mad
