Acceptance of the past and present is hard asf when it comes to family ESPECIALLY if you’ve got unprocessed resentment

I’ve been trying for years. I still can’t tell them anything because they’ll explode. They are manipulative and make me feel like I’m constantly not doing enough. I’ve been advised by friends to move out and I can’t wait to one day.
