With my siblings and I all either being autistic or having ADHD, you’d think my parents would’ve put effort into learning about the disorders and finding ways to raise us appropriately so they could cater to our needs the right way

I think you’re stuck inside your own head. I have adhd, and I never blamed my parents for raising me how they saw fit. They did their best at the time.
