It could be that they tagged the first one before the fic was finished and they didn’t know if it would need warnings but then finished it and didn’t know how to remove the old tag.

Tag 1: archive warnings may apply Author: I dunno if archive warnings in fic *posts first chapter* with tag 1 Author when fic is done/close to done: hey this fic has nothing that needs an archive warnings, I’ll tag “no archive warnings apply” (which is the second tag) (author doesn’t know how to remove tag 1, so they both stay up)

i got that after i posted that comment tbh I don’t get how they wouldn’t know though it’s not very hard you just uncheck a box on the edit screen
