Y’all I just realized the fanfic I’m working on might have to be rated Explicit for violence reasons. I totally forgot Explicit referred to content outside of sex, but I guessed smashing a skull to use brains is *technically* explicit

For context, in my fanfic my story is two characters as kids being stuck in the wilderness. One of them is in a monster form and the other is human. I looked up ways they could theoretically make a pelt for the human without access to modern materials and the closest I could find is ‘Brain Tanning’, which is a Native American technique that boils animals brains to make tanning solution

Maybe you can avoid it by using the archive tag for violence or wtv?

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve decided to just fully embrace the ‘explicit due to violence’ tag and make it a super gory story
