There’s also a fic I read on ffnet Aang years ago that I can’t find. Where Merlin is on his way to Camelot (s1e1) and runs into Arthur getting ambushed by thugs and saves him using magic. Arthur catches him, but lets him go. Then they run into each other again at Gaius’s. Basically a retelling where Gaius doesn’t know about Merlin’s magic, but Arthur does from the beginning and the shenanigans they get into. If someone knows the name I would be eternally grateful
