Had an author write that a character had a 45.8 degrees Celsius fever. That’s like 114 degrees Fahrenheit. When I pointed out that’s impossible to have that high of a temp for a week no meds without at least a little permanent damage. The author basically said I was dumb and shed had that high of a temp before and was fine
