I also hate when authors compare smut to animal behavior… like a bitch in heat, “sniffing at her cunt like a dog” is also pretty bad. obviously this is different if they’re writing about some sort of animal or hybrid AU, or maybe in the omegaverse, but when writing smut about plain human characters using these phrases just sounds weird

Other ones I: MAW, calling a vagina hungry or greedy, when the partner refers to their partner’s vagina as “she” or “her” ie “she’s taking me so well” … and honestly overly graphic descriptions of bodily fluids. especially spit that just grosses me out, especially when it isn’t tagged
