Sorry I was busy all day Okay so what I do is download fics onto my phone and them email them to my kindle So in Amazon, go to: Your Account -> See All Options then look for the header Account Settings and Connected Devices Kindle -> Click on the Kindle

It should have the name of your kindle and then the email associated with it (you can change the email address btw) That's the email you use Now you have to ensure that whenever you email that address it actually goes through At the top of the section you're currently in, click on Preferences and scroll down all the way to the bottom to Approved Personal Document E-mail List and add the email you're sending it from

After all that, you should be able to send fics from your phone to your kindle. It'll have to download the fics over wifi The format you'll need to download your fics with is epub Good luck and have fun!

Step two and a half: edit metadata and such to ur liking

Step three: plug in your kindle to your computer with calibre open and wait for it to “see” / connect with the kindle you plugged in

Step four: press the big button with “export books to device” on it (and select which books you want to export if you already have calibre)

Step five: very important, leave your kindle plugged in for a minute while the books transfer over

Step six: detach your kindle, turn it off and on / sleep and wake it, and read your fanfic in peace on it
