It’s very weird to be someone from old fandom spaces watching how young folk interact with media and each other. 10-20 years ago we were making fun of pearl-clutching moralists who were burning taboo media. Now kids are becoming those same adults in order to be awarded as morally righteous by their peers lol it’s all for social points
