Is anyone here familiar with the “drama” about Toby Fox rn??? I understand the frustration but I think Toby’s reasoning for not translating into other languages is reasonable? Plus ppl are acting like he said he will NEVER do it which he didn’t

As someone who also makes games, making official translations is a pain and a lot of work. Plus! Fan translations will often better capture nuances and the feel than official translations, fan-made anything is awesome

Also important to point out that the game isn’t DONE yet. If an official translation doesn’t adapt a line perfectly that will be deeply important for the long-term plot, that won’t be a good translation
