Ok but untagged rape/incest/etc does happen.. and snacks that have nuts in them are legally mandated to list nuts as an ingredient

Fair, but ao3 is not the fda. A more accurate comparison would be to someone’s homemade cookies on a buffet line. Sure, a considerate person would mark them, but it’s not illegal to not mark them
