if you're not afraid of medical trauma (or just trauma in general), not_poignant has the most complex omegaverse fics I've ever read, really going in depth into how the secondary gender affects the way someone's treated, their psyche, and in general it's just really deep. they have six or so ongoing stories all set in the same universe so it's cool seeing different perspectives/stories told in the same world too. all original characters.
