It’s sooo funny, our fandom is an anime so I went to an anime stage play and some people were speaking English to I started talking to them, and then we all went out to dinner later and exchanged twitters and suddenly it was them LMFAO. They mentioned they did translations for the anime so I was like omg could it be…?! and it was!!!! I was so shocked and said “if you remember a crazy person commenting on your fanfic like 5 years ago that was me” LMFAOOO

Best part is it’s unfinished rn but they said they still wanna finish it one day and have the ending planned out 🥰 They’re just in the middle of a career change rn so it’s understandably hard to finish their most plot heavy fic rn

it’s called starlight, starlight by tieria and you don’t have to know anything about the series bc it’s an au!!! like knowing them makes it better but the fuckingn slow burn man….. im suck a sucker for a bodyguard au and this one is like the best one ever. i literally couldn’t focus in class whenever it updated bc it was so fucking good. like in canon the bodyguard character is a military vet and the runaway prince char is actually runaway aristocrat-type as well so they fit SOOO PERFECTLY 😭🙏

also the POV is like the bestttt ever written for the character in this fandom istg. we like 40k words in and the main couple is like really close but there is ZERO perception or realization of any possible unprofessional feelings that might be causing them to have a strangely close relationship (also just like in canon). like FUUCCKKK OHHH MY GOD BRO the things you have promise to each other is not normal??? girrhehoakllenbwbdkrkwbabdjebab AND I’m lowkey scared one of them is gonna die !!! Omfg so many death flags are being raised and the stuff the au is based on does NOT really have a happy ending likeeeer BRUH IF ONE OF THEM DIES 😭😭😭 The relationship progress, the prose, the worldbuilding, the plot, EVERYTHING is so fucking good that I genuinely believe if they filed off the serial number this could be published as a book.
