i’m not even remotely kidding when i say that this line had almost four hundred thousand words of carefully planned buildup. that is inside of an extremely densely woven narrative that spans a total of seven hundred thirteen thousand words. my jaw hit the fucking floor when this happened and I still had OVER 100k WORDS TO GO
