I’m personally scared to do it because he’s a TE. So under almost any circumstance I don’t draft any TE that high. But the experts have him ranked where he’s going in the 2nd round for PPR so it’s not crazy at all.

So I drafted him in the second round. At the 22nd pick. (12man). It depends what position you are in and what’s available. I’d say by taking bowers my RB room is a little thin now but my TE is “guaranteed” to be better every week
