I did a final project about this topic. I took photographs of me and my plus sized friends in various states of undress (never naked though) and compared our photos to the photos of plus sized models. I then interviewed them about navigating the beauty and fashion world as a plus sized woman.

I’m sure it’s normal but I’ve actually never seen this but I hate the expectation that we all have big boobs and butts with little to no tummy

They all talked about how plus sized clothes don’t fit them correctly because designers assume that plus sized bodies are proportional to slim bodies and that ass and boob size increases proportionally.

Literally majority of my clothes. If I get a dress in a 26 I have to fix the top to make sure it fits my chest or with a 3x-4x shirt I have to fix it bc a 2x is too tight on my stomach
